Campaign Associate
(Client & Account Support)
Remote | Full-Time Contract | $60,000/year + Benefits
Statecraft Media is a full-service political media agency supporting Democratic candidates and progressive organizations across the country. We’re looking for a Campaign Associate to join our account team and help ensure our campaigns feel supported, informed, and confident as we deliver high-impact creative and paid media programs.
This role is ideal for someone with at least one cycle of campaign experience who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and takes pride in making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Role Overview
The Campaign Associate is a client-facing, account-side role focused on day-to-day campaign communication, coordination, and support. You will work closely with campaign clients and internal production teams to manage requests, track deliverables, provide updates, and ensure timelines are met across all service lines.
This is a relationship-driven position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized under pressure, especially as Election Day approaches.
Position Term
This is a full-time contract position through November 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on organizational needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Communication & Support
Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for campaign clients alongside the Account Lead
Respond to inbound client requests and ensure follow-through across internal teams
Provide timely updates to campaigns on deliverables, timelines, and next steps
Join campaign team calls and help document action items and priorities
Internal Coordination & Deliverables Management
Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure deliverables arrive on time and meet expectations
Support the execution of integrated campaign programs across digital, direct mail, video, website, and text messaging
Help manage workflows, deadlines, and approvals across multiple active accounts
Identify potential bottlenecks early and communicate clearly to keep projects moving
Quality, Detail, and Accountability
Maintain strong attention to detail across client deliverables and communications
Ensure campaigns feel supported, organized, and cared for throughout the cycle
Support the Account Lead by helping manage account logistics and day-to-day client needs
Qualifications
At least one full cycle of campaign experience
Strong client communication skills and professional presence
Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm in high-volume environments
Comfort working across creative, production, and strategy teams
Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed during peak election periods
Openness to occasional travel for campaign shoots or key events

Deliverables are delivered on time, with clear communication throughout
The Account Lead and internal teams feel organized and backed up
Client relationships remain strong, responsive, and professional even under deadline pressure
