Creative & Operations Support
Remote | Full-Time Contract | $60,000/year + Benefits
Statecraft Media is a full-service political media agency supporting Democratic candidates and progressive organizations across the country. We are seeking a Production Associate to join our internal operations team and help ensure that creative and campaign deliverables move smoothly from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives behind the scenes keeping projects on track. The Production Associate will work closely with our Operations and Production Director to coordinate workflows between account teams, designers, and production staff, ensuring projects stay moving and deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
Role Overview
The Production Associate is a coordination-focused role responsible for supporting the internal execution of campaign work across digital advertising, direct mail, video production, website & branding design, and text messaging.
This position is less client-facing and more internally focused, ensuring that requests are clearly translated into actionable production tasks, timelines are maintained, and creative output moves efficiently between teams.
Position Term
This is a full-time contract position through November 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on organizational needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Production Coordination & Workflow Management
Work closely with the Operations and Production Director to manage day-to-day production flow
Coordinate handoff of projects from the account team to designers and production staff
Track deliverables across multiple active accounts and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain clarity around project status, next steps, and outstanding needs
Internal Team Communication
Serve as a key connector between account managers, creative teams, and leadership
Ensure project instructions and requirements are complete before work begins
Follow up with internal team members to keep work moving and avoid bottlenecks
Support team calls, production check-ins, and internal planning as needed
Quality Control & Execution Support
Help ensure deliverables meet campaign standards and are produced correctly
Assist with file organization, version control, and final delivery processes
Flag issues early when timelines, approvals, or resources may be at risk
Support final coordination to ensure work is delivered correctly and on time
Qualifications
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
Experience in political campaigns, creative agencies, or fast-paced production environments preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across internal teams
Comfort working under deadline pressure, especially during peak election periods
Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends as needed near major campaign deadlines
Familiarity with creative workflows, digital production, or campaign deliverables is a plus

Projects consistently move smoothly from request to completion
Designers and account teams have clear direction and strong internal support
Deliverables are completed on time, correctly, and without unnecessary back-and-forth
Internal operations feel organized, proactive, and calm even during high-volume periods
